Cambodian Prison. 2009

Human rights in cambodian prisons. Cambodian prison life is hard because of the limited access to water, food, medical supplies, cell overcrowding and violence and tortures by the police. The cambodian government provides to inmates' needs with a daily budget of $0.38 per person. This amount has to be enough for food, water, clothing, medical supplies and elecricity. If you are a pregnant woman or a woman with baby, the government daily budget ($0.38) remains the same.
