Tirana. 2011

Albania was once the most isolated country in Europe, and its capital, Tirana, was full of socialist architecture and decaying infrastructures. When the mayor Edi Rama was elected he painted all the city buildings. Now Tirana is a city of colors with better infrastructures, on the way to the European Union.
